We proudly offer a 2-year workmanship warranty on all qualifying painting projects. While our warranty is in place for your peace of mind, we’re proud to say that no client has ever needed to use it—that’s the Coelho Painting difference. Every project so far has been delivered with excellence and attention to detail. But if an issue ever arises, we’ll handle it promptly and professionally. We stand by our work and our word.
What Our Guarantee Covers
✔ Two years of protection against peeling or cracking caused by our workmanship, starting from the completion date.
✔ Prompt repairs to any areas that experience issues within the covered period.
✔ Labour included in all approved repairs. You’ll only need to provide the necessary paint, primer, or other materials.
✔ Seamless touch-ups, matching the original job as closely as possible.
✔ For exterior projects, notifications received before April 30 will be scheduled for completion in the upcoming season.
✔ This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original client.
What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover
- Galvanized or other metal/plastic surfaces (unless factory-finished with no adhesion issues)
- Mold or mildew caused by environmental conditions
- Walked-on surfaces (floors, steps, decks, verandas, balconies)
- Connected structures like posts, railings, and lattice
- Work not paid in full or paid more than 30 days after completion
- Areas previously identified as non-guaranteed
- Baked-on finishes or varnished surfaces
- Projects using customer-supplied paint
- Damage caused by other contractors
- Wallpapering or vinyl wall coverings
- Fences
- Surfaces with ongoing moisture problems
- Jobs where painting was requested without proper priming or surface prep
- Issues caused by internal layer adhesion, like bubbling or blistering
- Property damage or incomplete work
